 Accountancy of European Union projects

 
Entity which is realizing project co-financed from the European Union resources must be aware of the obligation bound with not only realization of project of meritorical side but also referring to the proper documentation of beared expenditures as well as obligation of conducting separate book keeping for a need of specified realization of project.
 
Using experience of auditors our company ensures professional i complex service bound with accountancy of projects financed by European Union funds.
 
Financial-accounting service of project encompasses, among others:
  • Conducting book keeping,
  • Drawing up and checking statements of payment,
  • Complex employee’s cases service.
 
In the moment of starting realization of project it is necessary that beneficiary implements procedures allowing smooth, reliable and clear realization of resolutions of the contract of co-financing. It is important that created procedures such as among others: archiving instruction and circulation of accounting documents as well as accountancy policy describing taken into account by entity the method of qualification, documentation and description of economic events arising from realization of project. It is necessary to make separate accounting books of realized project leting controlling over amount and documentation of qulified expenditures as well as ensures checkability of statements of payment. To fullfil the above conditions conducting book keeping should be handled only to persons/entities having necessary experience as well as qualification ensuring the proper recording and presentation of accounting documents of project.
