Evaluation of European Union projects
On 11th July 2006 Counsel of European Union has issued Resolution number 1083/2006 established general rules referring to the European Regional Development, the European Union Social Fund as well as the Coherency Fund and canceling resolution (WE) number 1260/1999.
Content of Resolution 1083/2006 obliges all of the partnership countries to conduct evaluation of financial aid from structural funds of the European Union to improve:
“quality, efectivness and coherency of aid of funds as well as strategy and realization of operational programs referring to concrete structural problems linked with the partnership country and region data with at the same time taking into consideration goal of solid development and the proper legislations of European Union referring to acting on environment and strategical evaluation of acting on environment”.

Since 2006 evaluation considered as a process of systematic evaluation of:
- project,
- program,
- or politics,
at all phazes, which is:
- planning,
- realization,
- and measuring results of intervention from structural funds
constantly gains on importance. Including, in a period of programing 2007-2013 outcome of evaluation examination has key important role in process of shaping policies of coherency of the European Union.
